Eni Selects ABL for Congo LNG Project for Marine Services

The marine warranty survey services include the transportation and installation for Phase 2 of the Marine XII Congo LNG project.
Italian multinational corporation Eni has appointed energy and marine consultancy ABL to provide marine warranty survey services for the transportation and installation (T&I) campaign for Phase 2 of the Marine XII Congo LNG project.
ABL’s contribution will continue from 2024 until the offshore works are completed and will cover the technical review of project documentation, drawings and calculations, suitability surveys of the marine fleet for all T&I operations and on-site approval of warranted operations.
“We are really pleased to continue our work in supporting the Republic of the Congo’s energy infrastructure with this key project,” Guillaume Henin, Operational Manager for ABL’s activities in Congo said.
Phase 2 involves constructing, transporting, and installing a new floating LNG vessel (FLNG), a converted floating separation, storage and booster unit, wellhead platforms, and related pipelines offshore the Republic of the Congo.
